Other: Had a bacon, egg, and cheese waffle sandwich from Kwik Trip for breakfast
Drink: 16oz white Monster Energy, water, Celsius, 16oz Powerade, 20oz Powerade
Alcohol: 4 Busch light bottles

Other

Body felt good playing basketball. No soreness or issues while playing. Still feeling good today. Cardio was better than expected while playing basketball. Planning to lift today.
