Skipped lifting due to forearm issue. It was bad enough that I felt like my grab would be pretty compromised. However, it is feeling better today so I can get back on track tonight. Not happy with my food choices. I need to eat better “snacks” if I feel like I need to eat something. No more chips/sweets outside of meals.
