Got some lifting in. My sleep was a little weird. I woke up a couple times during the night so I didn’t really get 8h15m of straight sleep. I think something I ate for dinner upset my stomach a bit, but when I woke up this morning, I felt better. Volleyball tonight so that will be my activity. Not feeling too bad at age 40.
