Body status: Fucked from drinking two beers after volleyball. I felt way better playing volleyball. This is most likely because I was sick last week and didn’t really think so, and I seem to be getting over it now. But I had very poor sleep quality last night. Overall I really feel okay today, but not optimal due to alcohol consumption.

No drinking tonight or possibly the entire weekend to get back on track. Possible lifting tonight since my body feels better. Playing golf tomorrow. Alcohol is alright in the moment but the aftermath is awful even if you’re not feeling “hungover”.
