Body status: A little tired, didn’t sleep great. Right side of throat in back of mouth is a bit sore again. Maybe I am sick. I don’t seem to have any other issues though. Maybe a little sore from volleyball last night, but overall, I am feeling okay.

Other

Felt good playing volleyball last night. Bounce is back in my legs. Today will mostly be a rest day. Playing golf tomorrow and other family obligations will take up almost all of Saturday. Back at it with lifting/exercise on Sunday.
